En cuanto a los objetivos del Proyecto, encontramos los siguientes:

Objetivos Generales (OG)

  • OG1. Determinar la viabilidad de la aplicación del régimen jurídico del contrato de prestación de servicios a servicios surgidos de nuevas tecnologías y demandas sociales.
  • OG2. Proponer soluciones a los vacíos de respuesta legal o jurisprudencial concreta.

Objetivos Específicos (OE)

  • OE1. Analizar las particularidades del régimen jurídico español del contrato de prestación de servicios.
  • OE2. Analizar el régimen jurídico y propuestas normativas del contrato de prestación de servicios en Derecho contractual europeo y Derecho comunitario.
  • OE3. Identificar de forma concreta los conflictos jurídicos que emanan de contratos de servicios surgidos de nuevas tecnologías y demandas sociales.
  • OE4. Seleccionar y analizar los instrumentos legales, jurisprudenciales y doctrinales españoles necesarios para proponer soluciones.
  • OE5. Seleccionar y analizar los instrumentos legales, jurisprudenciales y doctrinales en Derecho comparado necesarios para proponer soluciones.
  • OE6. Realizar propuestas de interpretación legal, jurisprudencial o de lege ferenda como solución a los conflictos.
